Steven is a Chartered Building Surveyor and is the Director in charge of the Building Surveying Department. He has considerable experience and expertise in all aspects of Building Surveying Services, carrying out detailed condition reports, negotiating dilapidation settlements and technical audits for commercial, public and private sector Clients.

Steven specialises in the design of refurbishment, renovation, conversion and fit out projects.

In addition he has expertise in providing Project Management, Contract Administration and Expert Witness services.

Steven is also a recognised CDM Coordinator and is a Registered Member of the Association of Project Safety, overseeing numerous complex schemes in this role.
